Things a Strider will most likely appreciate in his or her sex life:

• Clear roles distinguishing a dominant party from a submissive party. In terms of BDSM, the “DS,” (meaning “dominance and submission,” jackass,) should be noted. Restraint isn’t necessary, especially not to an extreme degree; in fact, I prefer light bondage over heavy bondage. Humiliation is expected, but the method of exacting it is ultimately up to the dom/domme* in the situation.
• Things bordering dubious in nature or “deviant” while remaining consensual and closed to interpretation by the legal system. Most people who are sexual in nature have hidden desires and all that nonsense, but few would act on them. Half of what they find appealing about these things is how foreign they are and how unwilling they would actually be to do them.
• Thigh-high socks and stockings with garter belts and ridiculous underwear are appropriate no matter who happens to be wearing them.
• Edging.
• The feeling of being watched, or knowing someone is watching while your partner(s) doesn’t/do not. This can get messy quickly.
• Improvisational speaking/slam poetry/freestyle rapping in bed that is relevant to the subject matter or sexual in nature.
• Leather and PVC in varying amounts. It’s dependent upon what is being worn, where, by whom and for what purpose.
• Metal and robotic prosthetics/body parts. Cold steel and hot steel alike are indisputably “legit as hell,” (annulment of right to express feelings through slang pending.)
• Bass.
• Good alcohol.
• Absolutely anything new, creative and pleasurable that doesn’t pose a threat to any involved parties.
